Payment Options

Naturactive-usa.com accepts all major credit cards. We are sorry, but we do not accept Personal checks, Collect on Delivery and Money Orders.

Promotion Codes

If you have a promotion code, enter the code on the Checkout page. In most situations, only one promo code can be used per purchase instance. For terms and use conditions, please see individual promo code descriptions.

Sales Tax

All domestic orders from naturactive-usa.com will be subject to sales tax, applicable in accordance with the tax code of the state of California. Orders outside of CA are tax free unless otherwise dictated by the tax code of the state of California. Tax is calculated at the time an order is placed and a final calculation of the actual sales tax will be reflected on your order confirmation e-mail and packing slip.

Returns and Exchanges

All Naturactivé products are guaranteed for highest quality, purity and customer satisfaction.  If dissatisfied for any reasons, customers may request a product exchange or credit card refund for products returned due to product performance or damage during shipment. Naturactivé reimbursement policy excludes shipping costs, where applicable. tems must be received before the refund or exchange can be fully processed.

Naturactivé cannot accept returns on products acquired from unauthorized dealers or sources other than our official online store at www.naturactive-usa.com. Return (RMA) requests can be completed by logging into my account at www.naturactive-usa.com or by initiating an RMA request on our Returns/Exchanges page using order number and customer e-mail or last name information. Refunds are issued within 10-15 business days via credit back to the original credit card used to purchase item(s).

RMA Guidelines and Limitations:

  • Full refunds will be issued for items that are partially used and returned in original, undamaged packaging.
  • Products must be returned within 30 days from the date received. Empty products cannot be returned.
  • Shipping costs for any returns will not be reimbursed by Naturactivé unless there was a shipping error or product damage.
  • Return package using currier of your choice.
  • Naturactivé is not responsible for product return shipping costs or products lost in transit.  
  • Make a copy of the completed invoice for your records.
  • Pack and return products in original packaging along with the Return Merchandise Form to the following mailing address:

Order Cancellations

If you would like to cancel an order after it has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible by e-mail at cs@naturactive-usa.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:

Difficulty in processing payment information.
Cannot ship to the address provided.
A duplicate order was placed.
If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email notice to explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items.

For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not meet our security criteria.

Shipping Confirmation

When you check out, we will send you an order confirmation e-mail. Once your order has shipped, we will send you another confirmation e-mail with package tracking information. Naturactive-usa.com ships via USPS; however, other customized delivery methods can be arranged upon request. Please note that additional fees may apply for customized shipping arrangements.

Standard Delivery within USA

Most Standard orders are processed within 1-5 business days and delivered within 1-3 business days from the order's ship date. Please note that our products are made fresh to order for optimal freshness, action and benefit.  In some cases, slight delay in order delivery may occur due to raw material availability or production process.  Please note that orders destined for P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO and U.S. Territories are delivered within 5-10 business days of the order ship date.

Shipping and Handling Rates within USA

Naturactivé members: FREE, no restrictions on quantity, order size or purchase frequency.
Non-Members: $7.95 flat fee per order.

Shipping and Handling Rates and Delivery Times Outside USA

Due to import/export regulations set by various countries, we do not offer international shipping directly from our website at this time.  Feel free to contact us with any questions you may have regarding international purchases.

Tracking Your Order

To track your order, use the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation e-mail or via your Naturactivé account. If you have questions about your order, please e-mail us and we will be happy to assist you.

Shipping Errors and Damages

Please e-mail us if your order arrived damaged or if a packing error occurred. Provide us with your order number, name, address, and a brief description of the issue. A Naturactivé customer service representative will contact you to resolve the problem. If a replacement item is in stock, we will ship it to you immediately.

If your order is cancelled, you will receive an e-mail notice to explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items.
